Refunds and Returns

At Building Books Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the same packaging in which it was received.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

  
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:

• The item shows signs of use.

• The item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

• The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery.

  
  

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
